Development of Indicators

The first year of INCT Klimapolis was marked by the establishment of a solid foundation for research activities and collaboration among team members and other stakeholders, including public managers, NGOs, and residents of the regions of São Paulo (SP) and Natal (RN). Through meetings and strategic workshops, the main objectives were defined and the first project outputs were structured.

Initial Meeting of the INCT Klimapolis Team Members to facilitate internal integration and align research goals and operational strategies.

RWE (Meeting between Research Team Members, Public Managers, NGOs, and Residents) to intensify discussions on the selected research areas and build a shared understanding of challenges and opportunities in these territories, with a focus on sustainable urbanism and climate resilience.

Delivery of the Locality Dossier (Selected Area Dossier) to provide detailed documentation of the study areas, including demographic, socioeconomic, and environmental data.

Partial Results Integration Meeting and RWE Experts Forum to bring together specialists to discuss preliminary results obtained during the RWEs and integrate the insights collected.

RWE: Meeting with Local Groups to Discuss the Executive Summary Proposal, aimed at informing public policies and other interventions in the studied areas.

Final Results Integration Meeting (Scientific Report and Executive Summary), which will serve as the basis for the implementation of public policies and local actions.

Publications in Scientific Journals to share INCT Klimapolis studies with the scientific community and contribute to the advancement of knowledge on sustainable urbanism and climate resilience.
